Peter MacDonald was born on November 6th, 1961 to his loving parents James and Agatha MacDonald. Sadly Peter passed away on October 22nd, 2023 after a lengthy struggle with his illness. Peter will be remembered for his love of all things fishing, his sense of humor and kind hearted nature.

Peter adored animals of all sorts and if there was an animal that needed help they'd find their way to Peter. Those who were lucky enough to know him will remember his adventurous spirit, his love of the great outdoors and his ability to tell some really great stories. He will be missed by his sister, Catherine Dechamp (Larry Dechamp), his dear friend Joey D'entremont who went above and beyond in caring for Peter, his niece Kaleigh Van Dine (Michael Van Dine), his precious cat that was with him for the past 16 years, his ex-wife Krista MacDonald and many other extended family and friends.

In memory of Peter, we ask for you to snuggle your fur babies a little tighter, take a walk by the beach and take time to do something you love.

Peter's spirit will be resting with his mom and dad at Gate of Heaven in Sackville NS, service to follow at a later date. We will miss you forever and we are grateful for the time we've had with you.
